Not so much a "portfolio" but just a collection of apps and tools that I've built for myself over the past year or so.
I've always had a ton of app ideas that I've wanted to build but the opportunity cost of building it myself is usually too great. Most ideas just got short notes written about them, some had designs and architectures, a few were started, but none were ever finished. Life was just too busy to build software for fun.
…until, that is, AI tools started to get good.
Now I can spent about as much time as I would have thinking about the idea and writing it down in a note but now the difference is that I end up with a completed app! I've written about building this way in You can just build it and SaaS is dead; long live SaaS!. These are my receipts.

A control plane for running agents in the cloud. A wall of live screens shows which agents need you, which are ready for review and which are still working, and the same system runs scheduled and webhook-triggered agents like a PR reviewer.
· one session, about ten minutes
A Kanban board over a folder of Markdown task files. The files are the only store, so git, an editor and a coding agent can all edit them while the board is open.
· five days across two stretches
A family logistics app for a household of four. It turns the kids' school, climbing, volleyball and bus runs into trips that exactly one parent owns, or that are visibly unowned, and shows only what needs a decision.
· one session, about ten hours
A small app to plan a slightly complex dinner like a Sunday roast by working backwards from the time you want to eat, telling you when to start roasting the meat, when to par-boil the potatoes, etc.
· an afternoon
A rotation trainer for volleyball coaches and players. Pick a 5-1, 6-2 or 4-2, decide who won the rally, and watch the six players move through the six rotations.

A contact card for AT Protocol accounts — one page showing every app an account can be found on, with links, JSON, and a downloadable vCard.

A hosting platform for small, mostly-idle Ruby apps. Each app is compiled to a native binary, sandboxed by the kernel, and woken on demand to answer a request in well under a millisecond.

An OPDS bridge that serves my Readwise Reader queue to an e-ink reader as on-the-fly EPUBs.

Share markdown drafts and collect feedback where it belongs — anchored to the text, with comments that survive edits.

A mobile-first PWA for annotating photos with lines, boxes, arrows, and labels — without ever editing the pixels.

A macOS kanban board of your GitHub PRs, auto-sorted by the next step needed to move each one forward.

A local log viewer that tails Rails' development.log and turns the noise into a readable master/detail view, grouped by request.

A tiny PWA that reads the solar forecast and tells me whether to charge the car from the sun tomorrow or the grid tonight.
